Dr. Diana Joseph Chairwoman Senior Obstetrician and Gynecologist
Dr. Diana Joseph is a chief consultant and executive chief of a department of obstetrics and gynaecology. She is specialised in Obstetrics and Gynecology. She is a co-founder and the Chairwoman of “HISS”. During her residency training Dr. Joseph has completed the common trunk training in general surgery. Dr. Joseph has been co-conducting and participating in surgical campaigns in South Sudan since 2015. These included general surgery, vesico-vaginal and recto-vaginal fistula campaigns as well as gynecological campaigns.
Dr. Carsten Seeschaaf Vice-Chairman General Practitioner
Dr. Carsten Seeschaaf is a general practitioner with specialisation in general and family medicine. He is currently doing a fellowship in sports medicine in a trauma Center. Dr. Seeschaaf is a co-founder and the Vice Chairman of HISS.

Dr. Franklin Danki Sillong Urologist and fistula Surgeon
Dr. Franklin Danki Sillong is a specialist for Urology. Dr. Sillong worked as a senior doctor in Leipzig, Germany for many years. He than moved back to Cameroon, where he developed and is now head of what has now become one of Cameroon’s largest urological hospitals.
Since 2018 Dr. Sillong has been launching fistula campaigns in South Sudan on a regular basis. The people of South Sudan is benefitting greatly from his extra ordinary expertise. We are very grateful for his excellent work and looking forward for more mutual work in future.
Dr. Martin Frank Senior Consultant for Maternal Health, Gynaecological Surgery and Education, Specialist in Gynaecology and Obstetrics
Diploma in Tropical Medicine and Public Health (DTMPH) Diploma in Education
Dr. Frank has been active as a charity worker in Madagascar for years now. His colleagues and him conduct workshops for midwives on Site on a regular basis to help train the local midwives. Ms. Agnes Kivumbi Former field coordinator Senior Mobile TB Officer Anaesthetist/Senior Midwife
Ms. Agnes Kivumbi is an Anaesthetist and a Senior Midwife. She is also a Senior Mobile TB Officer and a former field coordinator. Ms. Kivumbi has been a health aid worker in South Sudan for the past years. She has been supporting us and participating in many of our projects since 2015.
